The project will also contribute to the development of new, eco-friendly products through research and collaboration.<br>By establishing sterile, axenic cultures and identifying the relevant biosynthetic pathways of bioactive compounds, the project seeks to overcome the challenges of low natural growth rates and the difficulties in large-scale extraction., while enhancing the conservation of European bryophyte biodiversity.<br>BRYOMOLECULES is set to advance scientific knowledge and industrial applications, leading to future innovations in the
