Cultures are maintained on 1% agar in a modified Rudolph et al. (1988) medium containing Benomyl to limit fungal contamination. Erythromycin was applied when required to remove cyanobacterial infections. All accessions are kept under controlled LED-tube lighting, 16\/8 day\/night cycles, and a mean temperature of 20\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview of Taxonomic Diversity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The collection comprises a diverse array of thallous and leafy liverworts, including their respective taxon names. Synonyms used during collection are included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-buttons uagb-buttons__outer-wrap uagb-btn__default-btn uagb-btn-tablet__default-btn uagb-btn-mobile__default-btn
