It also includes several accessions of Marchantia polymorpha across its three subspecies (polymorpha, ruderalis, and montivagans), offering a valuable point of comparison. As research is ongoing, the taxonomic identification of some species is still under verification and may be revised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To explore their chemical composition, the samples were extracted using different solvents and analysed with advanced mass spectrometry techniques. This allowed for a detailed detection and identification of compounds using spectrum libraries, standard compounds, and fragmentation patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full table provides a structured overview of all 86 accessions, including species names, descriptions, sample codes, and the compounds identified in each case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a deeper look into the methodology, extraction steps,
